Point to Point Dispatch Club is a team of dedicated and seasoned individuals whose purpose is to provide on-time transportation and translation with an emphasis on safety and communication while assuring the goals of our referrals are met. Our team has decades of experience and has perfected the flow of information from the first point of the request to completion of the service.Whether it is assisting to have a claim follow its progression towards resolution, to making sure a person can attend needed or required medical or legal services, or helping a student meet their educational goals … every referral is of equal importance to us.

We verify all the details of every service request by confirming addresses, phone numbers, appointment times and pick-up times. If we find any changes or discrepancies, we communicate completely with all involved. We verify any change to be sure they are authorized before making the change. We communicate and notate anything out of the ordinary during the service. Our scheduling team, customer service, drivers and translators all follow the same protocols to help ensure that the service goals are accomplished as seamlessly and safely as possible.
